What payment options are available within Your agency?
You can pay in cash or debit/credit card, except in cases of reduced price, when discounts are valid only for cash payment.
What currencies do you charge in?
The official currency is kuna - HRK, but you can find exchange office on every corner. All of our prices in euros are created by middle currency (1 euro - 7,55 HRK).
Are all the taxes and fees included Your prices on web?
Yes, all the taxes and fees are already included in the price.
Do You need my debit/credit card details?
We need your debit/credit card information just in the case of rental (or You can also leave cash for deposit).
We will always protecting your personal information, including debit/credit card information.
Does the agency need a deposit or a payment in advance?
Only in case that you want to book online or if You want to make a reservation.
How can I book? Do you need deposit for the reservation or a verbal agreement is sufficient?
You can book using our contact form, email or by phone. Pre-Bookings are prefered in order to be more punctual and to book at least 24 hours before. In some cases we will allow verbal agreement for a reservation.
What do I need to bring on a boat trip?
Towel, swimsuit, sunglasses, sunscreen, wind jacket (if it's windy), hat, spare clothes, camera.. Tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants or people who suffer from seasickness.
Whar are the minimum/maximum age requirements for renting?
We have a minimum rental age of 18 and for the older drivers we don't have supplementary charges.
What kinds of documents will I need when I plan to rent something?
Valid, original driver's license, copy of Your rental agreement or voucher and a valid debit/credit card.
What does the price of your rental services includes?
The price includes the following: unlimited Mileage, Third Party liability insurance, Theft Protection and Collision Damage Waiver.
Do you offer special discount ( for children and larger groups) for excursions?
We always give a discounts for large groups and off season rates. We also offer a 50% reduction for children.
Keep in mind that all the promotions and special offers are valid only for reservations received from our official web site!
